Deputy Minister for European Affairs, Marilena Raouna, spoke about the conclusions on enlargement during the General Affairs Council, in Brussels on Tuesday, referring to the link between progress in EU – Turkey relations and Turkey’s commitment to resume talks on the Cyprus problem.
