President Says He Has Specific Proposals Ahead Of Meeting With Tatar

At the meeting, President Christodoulides and Tatar agreed to have an informal meeting in a broader format in the near future, under the auspices of the Secretary-General, to discuss the way forward

Cyprus President, Nikos Christodoulides, said on Monday ahead of his meeting with Turkish Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar that he has “very specific proposals”, adding that that he is ready for positive announcements today regarding the opening of new crossing points.
