The visit will also feature the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministers of Malta, Greece, and Cyprus

The MED9 summit, continues on Monday, as the Agriculture Ministers from nine Mediterranean EU member states, will focus on the critical issue of drought and its impact on the agricultural sector.

The summit, which takes place in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, began on Sunday and is concluding on Tuesday with the release of a joint statement, which will be presented to the upcoming EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council.
