Video shows moment roof collapses in Dominican Republic, killing dozens
A band could be seen playing onstage before the ceiling of a nightclub collapsed in the Dominican Republic’s capital of Santa Domingo early Tuesday, killing more than 40 people. Officials say at least 300 people were inside when the collapse occurred.
