Russia and Ukraine have started the first phase of what is expected to be the biggest prisoner exchange since the beginning of the war, with almost 800 people from both countries released. Kyiv and Moscow expect to swap 2,000 people, with 1,000 from each side. CNN’s Nic Robertson reports.
