US President Donald Trump is pressuring the Mexican government to crack down on Mexican cartels, blaming them for fomenting America’s drugs crisis. He’s threatened tariffs and even military strikes. Mexico has sent hundreds of troops to the state of Sinaloa, where a war rages between two factions of the infamous Sinaloa Cartel, putting civilians at risk.
