Russia says its forces have captured the strategic town of Chasiv Yar in Eastern Ukraine after almost 18 months of fighting in the area. Ukraine denies the town is lost. Russia also struck Kyiv and Kramatorsk as it continues its summer offensive. CNN’s Nick Paton Walsh has the latest.
