Vacancy – Office Manager
On behalf of our client, we seek to recruit a dynamic and high caliber professional for the position of an Office Manager to join their esteemed Law Firm in Larnaca.
The position
The candidate will have a multifunctional role which will entail general office management, supervision and direct involvement in the finance function of the firm, comprising but not limited to the following responsibilities:

- In charge of the internal accounting function of the firm
- Managing bank transactions/payments
- Cashflow management
- Revenue and expenses management
- Managing day-to-day transactions and financial issues of the firm
- Managing debtors/collections/ invoices
- Preparation of Payroll/Social Insurance/PAYE
- Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to Firm Partner
- Preparation of financial budgets
- Liaising with external authorities/clients/suppliers/other associates/auditors of the firm
- General office management duties such as implementation of firm policies,
