On behalf of our client, we seek to recruit a dynamic and high caliber professional for the position of an Office Manager to join their esteemed Law Firm in Larnaca.

The position

The candidate will have a multifunctional role which will entail general office management, supervision and direct involvement in the finance function of the firm, comprising but not limited to the following responsibilities:

    • In charge of the internal accounting function of the firm
    • Managing bank transactions/payments
    • Cashflow management
    • Revenue and expenses management
    • Managing day-to-day transactions and financial issues of the firm
    • Managing debtors/collections/ invoices
    • Preparation of Payroll/Social Insurance/PAYE
    • Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to Firm Partner
    • Preparation of financial budgets
    • Liaising with external authorities/clients/suppliers/other associates/auditors of the firm
    • General office management duties such as implementation of firm policies,
