Duties:
The Administrative Assistant is the local assistant hired to carry out the following activities at the official Residence of the Embassy of Brazil in Nicosia, including:
a) cooking;
b) organizing and cleaning of the kitchen, and other areas as requested;
c) menu planning for everyday as well as special occasions;
d) supermarket shopping;
e) pricing items;
f) keeping records of food stock;
g) appropriate food storage,
