CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Multinational Group of Companies with diverse business interests which include Maritime, Satellite Communications, Oil & Gas and Healthcare, we are seeking to recruit a Technical Support Agent (Tier/Level 2) to join their growing team based in Limassol. In this role you will assist and resolve daily ‘Tier/Level 2’ technical issues or escalated customer issues from ‘Tier/Level 1’ Customer Support Agents. You will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that require excellent knowledge of TCP/IP Networking.
