The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment process for The Island Group, encompassing both the school and development project. This role involves owning the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new employees.The Talent Acquisition Manager will also contribute to the talent acquisition strategy, manage recruitment tools and systems, and develop policies to ensure a streamlined and effective hiring process.
Schedule: Full-time position with flexible business hours and opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week.
