- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Constantly be in the loop with team managers update status and information about the entire hiring process.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
