POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor, Housekeeping is responsible for the supervision for the cleaning of guest rooms, guest floor corridors, heart of house areas and other service areas in accordance with established company’s standards and checklists.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures all allocated daily tasks are completed in accordance with established SOPs, guidelines and checklists
- Monitors and maintains the cleanliness of the rooms according to the company’s standards
- Assists in the supervision of the other sections of the department as required
