
Responsible for the smooth/efficient operation/administration of program/course schedules, including the provision of support/assistance both to students and instructors, the preparation of the relevant course material, Moodle pages and the management of course-related logistics along with classroom allocation/set-up, including technical support and troubleshooting, when needed, in close collaboration with maintenance/facilities and the IT department.
Answering incoming telephone/email enquiries from students, on a daily basis, and offering exceptional customer service, while ensuring the continuous enforcement of UoL’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures at all times.
