Spanish VIP

We are looking for a Spanish VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Spanish both written and spoken
• Proactive person with good support/sales skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to details
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues
• Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients,
