The Position:
Altamira Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Officer to be part of Altamira’s Real Estate Strategy & Pricing Department and report directly to the Department’s Supervisors and Manager.
Main responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation of property valuations and other asset related reports to assist the sale of the assets in the portfolios managed by Altamira Real Estate

Assessment of property valuation reports by external valuers

Portfolio underwriting and valuation services

Carry out reviews of third-party valuations and provide opinion of value

Perform on-site property inspections when required

Provide support and real estate insights to the Commercialization and Asset Management Departments

Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the Management

Keep ahead and up to date with real estate market trends and best practices
Requirements:

Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree in the field of Property Valuation,
