Main Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage and administer:
- Windows Servers, Active Directory and related services
- SAN and NAS storage devices
- Microsoft Hyper-V and VM-Ware virtualization platforms
- Backup and recovery services
- Network equipment
- Microsoft cloud services. (Office 365 Platform and Azure)
- Ensure the security of IT Services and Infrastructure
- Ensure the efficient functionality of all IT hardware equipment and diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Overview and administer ticketing system
- Develop and update existing technical documentation
- Provide support to end-users
- Offer any other related services as requested
