Position reports to : General Manager, Head of Security
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Security Officer will be responsible to protect and safeguard all guests (internal and external of the Hotel), their belongings and all Hotel properties, assets and grounds, in the most efficient and effective manner, through the effective development, management and leadership of the Hotel’ human resources, equipment and provisions; the Security Officer will also be pro-active in maintaining and/or improving department profitability in accordance with the Hotel policies,
