Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a well established and successful Legal Firm based in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Secretary/Administrator;


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining day to day administrative and personnel services in order to meet company requirements and provide support to all company operations
  • Providing office support and clerical services
  • Arranging appointments, VCs etc and maintaining calendar in an accurate and timely manner
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Preparing and issuing invoices on behalf of the Company and its Clients
  • Scheduling all travel arrangements for the management
  • Assisting management in creating and preparing presentations
  • Answering and transferring all incoming and outcoming calls promptly and efficiently
  • Answering inquiries whenever possible
  • Providing word processing support,
