Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a well established and successful Legal Firm based in Limassol, is looking to recruit a Secretary/Administrator;
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining day to day administrative and personnel services in order to meet company requirements and provide support to all company operations
- Providing office support and clerical services
- Arranging appointments, VCs etc and maintaining calendar in an accurate and timely manner
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Preparing and issuing invoices on behalf of the Company and its Clients
- Scheduling all travel arrangements for the management
- Assisting management in creating and preparing presentations
- Answering and transferring all incoming and outcoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Answering inquiries whenever possible
- Providing word processing support,
