Responsibilities:


  • Provide general administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including packages and deliveries.

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and photocopying.

  • Preparing various documents and reports.

  • Invoicing, maintaining and monitoring debtors accounts.

  • Drafting and filing of forms/ documents with the Registrar of Companies, Social Insurances and Tax Department.
