Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a well established Accounting and Corporate Services provider Firm in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Secretary / Office Administrator;
Responsibilities:
Direct assistance to the Directors and professional staff of the office
Answering incoming calls, forwarding calls and taking messages
Handling office tasks such as filing, receiving / sending parcels and letters, arrangement and execution of orders of office needs (supermarket, stationery etc.)
Welcoming and assisting visitors / clients
Ensure the smooth running of the reception area
Other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
Diploma in secretarial studies / office administration will be considered as an advantage
2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
