RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service
- Promotion and presentation of products
- Excellent product knowledge and being up-to-date regarding new products of the industry
- Preparation and follow-up of customers’ quotations
- Follow-up of customer orders and deliveries
- Handling of customer accounts (collections, etc)
- Supervision and resolution of technical issues
- Providing technical support to customers/partners for the technical products
- Responsible for site meetings
- Responsible for reviewing and monitoring the schedules of the construction work

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of higher education in a relevant subject (Civil Engineering)
