Responsibilities :

Develops his division’s sales strategy to optimize his team’s performance (competition analysis, customer needs analysis, sales analysis and action plans in his field.

Explains the “why” of each goal to his team in order to increase his team’s performance.

Defines his department’s strategy and translates the store’s vision into goals, creating common ground for each associate (e.g. presentation at a sales meeting)
