Responsibilities :


  • Develops his division’s sales strategy to optimize his team’s performance (competition analysis, customer needs analysis, sales analysis and action plans in his field.

  • Explains the “why” of each goal to his team in order to increase his team’s performance.

  • Defines his department’s strategy and translates the store’s vision into goals, creating common ground for each associate (e.g. presentation at a sales meeting)
