Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the functioning of the office: ordering stationery, consumables, etc.;
  • Interaction with courier services, cleaning and maintenance companies;
  • Receiving and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Record keeping;
  • Organization of meetings, appointments, negotiations;
  • Participation in organization of corporate events;
  • Budgeting expenses for office needs;
