Thanos Hotels & Resorts are currently seeking to recruit a Room Service Waiter for Annabelle Hotel and Almyra Hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure that standards of service in your designated outlet are met at all times as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards and the Policies and Regulations of Thanos Hotels
• Assist in the day to day operation of your outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations
• Follow the correct and consistent service techniques according to the F&B standards
• Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations
• Follow the Grooming Policy,
