Mailo’s The Pasta project is looking for a Manager for its restaurants in Nicosia.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ordering of all Food & Beverages products and related equipment
  • Daily checks ensuring that all established procedures are met
  • Plan and execute weekly operational meetings and schedule
  • Handling the recruitment process
  • Managing the labour and F&B cost based on budgets and targets
  • Lead the team by guiding, motivating and supervising
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Handling of complaints for maximization of guest satisfaction
  • Implementing new procedures to achieve the continuous development of the F&B product
