Mailo’s The Pasta project is looking for a Manager for its restaurants in Nicosia.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ordering of all Food & Beverages products and related equipment
- Daily checks ensuring that all established procedures are met
- Plan and execute weekly operational meetings and schedule
- Handling the recruitment process
- Managing the labour and F&B cost based on budgets and targets
- Lead the team by guiding, motivating and supervising
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety
- Handling of complaints for maximization of guest satisfaction
- Implementing new procedures to achieve the continuous development of the F&B product
