On behalf of our client, PERHA Group (Register Number 388239) is recruiting a Responsible Gaming Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Representing the Company in matters of Safer Gaming and Licensing to the National Betting Authority and to the Cyprus Betting Association
- Drafting/Reviewing/Updating and implementing Policies related to Safer Gaming/ GDPR compliance
- Drafting/Reviewing the terms and conditions of the Company and/or promotional offers
- Provide legal consultation to the Marketing Department in regards to advertisement materials/ promotional offers/ sponsorships/merchandise and any official publication in order to comply with the Code of Advertisement and the Betting Law
- Respond to Customer Support questions and/or handle customer complaints
- Audit and/or advise the Marketing Department’s plans for advertising campaigns
- Assist/Coordinate along with the National Betting Authority the participation of the Company in an exhibition or seminar or conference Review and provide comments in regards to new proposed Laws/Regulations/Directives of the National Betting Authority and participate in discussions of issues in the betting market
- Be prompt to make recommendations in accordance with the industry best practice
- Cooperate and negotiate agreements and efficiently follow up on the cases
- Communication with partners of the Company to ensure smooth cooperation and fulfillment of project/sponsorships etc
- Coordinate any and all matters of regulatory compliance with the Compliance Department
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law is required (minimum 4 years of experience)
- Fluent in Greek and English.
