Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, third-party agreements, and other legal documents related to the company’s operations and matters
- Communicate compliance policies and procedures to employees and clients.
- Monitor and develop the “Know Your Client” and “Client Due Diligence” procedures.
