Main Responsibilities:


  • Receive and Monitor applications and emails from new and former security personnel.
  • Monitor, filter CVs, background checks and certification authenticity.
  • Arrang Interviews for candidates
  • Prepare and send invitations for SOP trainings.
  • Provide general administration support to the Recruitment Team, HR and Operation department.
  • Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
  • Ensure that all procedures are carried out as per the company Policies and Procedures in compliance with Maritime regulations and GDPR.
  • Preparation of mandatory documents for re-deployment of former security personnel
