You will be expected to:


  • Greet Hotel Guests, visitors and Clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assisting Guests in finding their room and providing necessary information regarding the hotel premises.
  • Managing the check-in and check-out process, answering questions and requests
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Works closely with the Housekeeping Department.
  • Speak Good English / Greek Language
  • pc knowledge
