- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide a brief introduction to our winery and wine offerings.
- Acquires and maintains thorough knowledge of winery and our wines.
- Maintain a clean and organized tasting room and ensure that all guests receive prompt and attentive service.
- Be able to manage and maintain stock and inventory of wines in the tasting room.
- Able to perform quality of work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- General cleanliness of the standing and seating areas.
- Answers visitor questions and able to provide general tourist information.
- Open to working other special events when needed.
- May be assigned other tasks or be asked to participate in other activities as needed.
