Responsibilities:

- Organizing and overseeing maintenance tasks conducted by specialized service organizations and utilities
- Responding promptly to emergency situations at facilities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in real estate maintenance
- Ability to independently perform minor repairs
- Possession of a driver’s license (personal transport is advantageous)
