CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Arabic-Speaking Quality Control Officer to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for determining the agents quality standards by listening and studying inbound and outbound calls of Customer Onboarding Officers & Relationship Officers. Previous experience working in a similar position within the Forex industry is highly desirable as well as outstanding listening and client service skills.
