Program Coordinator
Job Description
The Program Coordinator is the primary point of contact with the foreign students studying at the University of Nicosia on semester, summer or customized study abroad programs offered in Cyprus by Global Learning Semesters. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of the programs as designed, and ensuring student satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
Customer Service:
- Ensuring an excellent customer service experience and receiving positive reviews about the program as a whole
Academic Support:
- Assisting prospective students and enrolled participants with program-related questions,
