PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Shift Leader is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and controlling the activities of the Production Department during their shift. The primary objective is to achieve the production plan with high-quality standards and optimal costs, in alignment with Company standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with Quality & Food safety standards and Health & Safety regulations.
- Monitor and enforce quality control measures during production.
