What to expect of your role:
As a Portuguese Customer Service Agent, you are expected to provide product/service information, answer all customer’s enquiries, and solve any problem that our customers might have with accuracy and efficiency. We have a very friendly team that will always help and train you from the first day so that you can perform to the fullest.
