You will be responsible for:
- Organizing personal meetings and appointments
- Organizing private travel, including arranging visas, travel, accommodation and restaurants, entertainment when required
- To manage real estate (search, agreements and all necessary arrangements)
- To oversee the maintenance and refurbishment of all properties across several locations (several properties)
- To liaise with Accountants, Finance and Legal representatives on the principals’ behalf (legal matters, private bank accounts matters)
