Your role at HFM:
- Design and implement initiatives to strengthen the organisation’s culture and core values.
- Responsible for creating employee wellbeing and engagement solutions and improving employee’s lifecycle experience.
- Plans and executes employee engagement surveys.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR matters, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
