We are currently looking to recruit a passionate and creative Pastry Cook who will report to the Executive Chef. Below are the main responsibilities of this position:

Develop and when deemed necessary update the pastry menu in collaboration with the Executive Chef

Create custom-made and unique desserts for our menu

Maintain up to date the recipe library at all times

Accurately estimate the pastry costs and when needed make the necessary adjustments without compromising the hotel’s food quality standards

Monitor the stock of ingredients to ensure sufficient supplies at all times

Coordinate the daily operation of the kitchens including sufficient number of employees,
