Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the organisation’s senior staff and executives.
  • Organize meetings, manage travel arrangements if necessary
  • Liaise and coordinate between suppliers and ground operations, cruise operations, hospitality operations for a smooth running of itineraries/schedules.
  • Be on call on rotation with other team members.
