Responsibilities:
Handling email correspondence, answering incoming calls and taking messages
Creating and maintaining a filling system
Preparation of letters and other documents
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing
Prepare invoices
Manage the company’s social media platforms
Update calendars and schedule client meetings
Qualifications:
Diploma in secretarial studies / office administration will be considered as an advantage
1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
Very Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (MS Word,
