The company is one of our clients, a developing and dynamic company active for several years in the healthcare/medical consumables sector is looking for an energetic individual to fill out the position of Office Administrator, with some accounting responsibilities for its offices in Nicosia.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle phone calls and email communication

Issue invoices, waybills and other reports from accounting software (SoftOne)

Input data in the company’s system and prepare reports

Handle the company’s accounts and expenses

Keep track of inventory and inform management accordingly

Keep a well-organized office
-
Communicate with customers
Skills/ Qualifications / Experience:
-
Approximately 10+ years of work experience as an Office Administrator.
