We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team in the Limassol Marina office.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation and organization of the office
  • Maintaining office front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, mailing, proceeding invoices, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep the corporate database up to date (information about employees, contracts, corporate equipment, etc.
  • Work with local authorities and arrange the delivery of various paperwork
  • Attends meetings as directed and take notes
  • Collates, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
