
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team in the Limassol Marina office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation and organization of the office
- Maintaining office front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, mailing, proceeding invoices, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep the corporate database up to date (information about employees, contracts, corporate equipment, etc.
- Work with local authorities and arrange the delivery of various paperwork
- Attends meetings as directed and take notes
- Collates, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
