Job Responsibilities
- Assist Head Baker in cooking and preparations of bread, snacks, pastries
- Develop and create new delicious bakery products and recipes to meet customer satisfaction
- Operate baking machineries and implements
- Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery
- Strictly adhere to food and safety laws and standards while preparing bakery products
- Track food supplies and place orders as needed
Qualifications
- Sourdough experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a relevant position
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Organising and leadership skills
- Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
- Efficient and detail oriented
- Able to multi-task under pressure
