Nicosia Mall is looking for an ambitious bookkeeper to join its management team in Nicosia.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining accurate accounting books and records
- Recording accounting transactions (invoices, receipts, payments, accruals, prepayments etc.) in accordance with applicable IFRS
- Issuing of invoices, credit notes, receipts and communicating with clients
- Assisting in the receivables collection process
- Liaising and communicating with suppliers
- Reconciliation of Bank, Receivables, and Payables balances
- Maintaining VAT registers and Preparing VAT return
- Preparing any ad hoc reports and analysis (mainly in Microsoft Excel)
