Minthis is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our growing team of people.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Main Responsibilities:

• To welcome guests on arrival with a smile and a warm greeting and assist in their registration.
• To input data into the computer based on the registration form completed by the guest.
• To take reservations for the appointments for all treatments.
• To answer the telephone in a polite and helpful manner.
• To handle guest queries and assist guests with any reported problems.
• To give information and orientation to new members.
• To take action in case of emergency and advise the Duty Manager or Head of Department immediately.
• To be aware of morning activities.
