With the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and organised running of the day-to-day operation of the Restaurant and service, ensuring that all culinary standards are always met, in accordance with the F&B standards, hygiene and safety regulations and policies of the Resort.
