Consulco is currently in the process of recruiting a Messenger and Support Officer for its Administration Department. The successful candidate will be expected to work at the Head Office in Nicosia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- External Routes to various Government offices and banks (i.e. Apostille, Registrar of Companies, Tax Authority, etc.) based on company’s requirements
- Distribution of documents both internally and externally
- Vehicles management. Keep records for fuel and miles.
- Support the Maintenance team of the building
- Collaboration with the Real Estate team and support any work related to Administration Department
- Events Support and Coordination
- Daily Reporting to the Head of the Department
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driving license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English and Greek Language
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of local roads and ability to use GPS or maps
