The Media Operations Technician is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support of Vubiquity’s content delivery workflows including content ingestion & processing, queue management, error resolution and on-time delivery.

Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Encoding, NOC, and IT divisions to ensure smooth transmission of assets fulfilling client requirements.

Monitor Provider Delivery folders (Signiant, Aspera) to ensure data transfers are successful.
