The Evalena Beach Hotel is looking for a Maitre d’ Hotel who can direct and co-ordinate the department towards the achievement of the qualitative goals and objectives set by the management.
The Restaurant department is viewed as an integral part of the hotel since guests have at least one meal per day at the hotel, therefore making it the department with the most frequent guest interactions. It is fundamental that the leader of this department understands the important aspects of guest relationships to be able to satisfy the needs and requirements of our guests to the full extend.
